Artist Management
Most artist managers claims to have a profound knowledge about the music industry. That might be true, but is that knowledge of any use today?
Over the past ten years, the music industry has gone through extreme changes and no one can tell what the business will look like in the future, or even in five years from now. We believe it takes a lot more to handle an artist's carreer today than it did just a few years ago, and we believe our team is better fit for that mission than any other company in the business.
What is it that differs us from the rest?
First of all, we see an artist as a product and a brand. We work with the artist in no different way than with any other brand we worked with during our 20 years in marketing and PR.
Together with the artist, we set short- and long term goals and we make tactical and strategical market plans for how to reach those goals. We are very pro-active and works hard to create opportunities for the artists we work with. We don't wait for things to happen, we make them happen. As artist managers, we represent the artist in all aspects of his, or her, carreer.
We don´t beleive there is one person who posesses all the necessary skills and knowhow, to handle an artist's management in the way we see the manager's role. This is why we put together our team of co-workers, whose competences together gives us the possibility to represent our artists in the best possible way.
Nordic Talent Group has specialized in international artists, even if we also represent some great national acts too.

We see no difference in our way of handling an artist's brand, from the way we have been working with different company brands over the years. We look at the artist as a company where we are the management and the marketing department, and where the artist is the chairman of the board.
