About us The Nordic Talent crew are highly experienced and posesses the necessary knowledge to handle most aspects of an artist's carreer in this new era of the music business. All of us in the Nordic Talent team have more than 15 years in PR, marketing and management, and we have our backgrounds as Managing Directors, Marketing Directors, PR consultants and advisors for major multi-national companies. In our previous professions we have developed brand strategies for airlines, tobacco companies, IT companies etc. We have launched new products all over the world, from cellphones to new car models. We have been contracted to handle crisis and closing down factories, as well as to build marketing strategies for new companies. It is our absolute belief that these are the necessary skills to meet the future in a very unsecure music business. Nordic Talent started its business four years ago, as a management company. We believed there was a need for a professional PR-oriented management company on the market. Although we met a huge resistance from different operators in the business, the company was an immediate success. Soon, we realized that the major Record Companies did not give our artists a proper attention, and we decided to start our own label. We also discovered that the booking agencies we worked with, were not pro-active at all. They barely answered the phone. This led to the decison to start our own booking department. And suddenly, we were a 360° company without knowing that this was the future of the business. During the years of activity, we have focused on building up a strong, international network of partners who think in the same way as we do, and today we are one of the most important international artist agency in Sweden.
